How long will the chauffeur wait for me?

The amount of time your chauffeur will wait depends on the type of pickup location. See the details for each scenario below.

Standard Pickups (e.g. hotel, home address, or office)

For any standard pickup, your chauffeur will wait for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time before leaving the pickup point. We recommend being ready at the agreed time to avoid missing your ride.

Airport Pickups

Airport pickups include one hour of complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time. This extra allowance is designed to account for delays such as a late-arriving flight, long passport control queues, or baggage collection.

If you need the chauffeur to wait beyond the complimentary hour and the driver is available to do so, an additional wait time surcharge will apply:

• EUR 45.00 for each additional hour (or part thereof)

Tips to Avoid Wait Time Issues

• Keep your contact details up to date in your booking so the chauffeur can reach you if needed.
• Monitor your flight details — if your flight is significantly delayed, contact our support team as early as possible so we can adjust your booking accordingly.
• Check your confirmation for the chauffeur's contact information, so you can notify them directly if you are running late.
