When will the pickup time be announced?
Learn when and how you'll receive your pickup time if it wasn't confirmed at booking — expect an SMS and email notification at least the evening before your tour.
If you booked a pick-up service but were not given a pickup time at the time of booking, you will be notified of your exact pickup time at least the evening before your tour.
How you will be notified
You will receive your exact pickup time through two channels:
- SMS – sent to your mobile phone number
- Email – an automatic message sent to your email address
When to expect the notification
The notification will be sent at least the evening before your scheduled tour.
This applies to bookings that include a pick-up service at the hotel / address where no pickup time was communicated during the booking process.
