Is it possible to carry luggage during the tour?

Learn what luggage you can bring on our tours, what items are not allowed, and what to do with large bags before joining.

Due to the limited space available on our tours, it is not possible to carry large luggage such as suitcases, wheeled bags, or big backpacks. Bringing oversized items may obstruct other participants and make it difficult to move comfortably throughout the tour.

You can bring a small backpack with the items you need for the tour. This is the recommended way to carry your personal belongings with you.

What counts as acceptable luggage?

  • Allowed: Small daypacks or backpacks, small shoulder bags, belt bags/fanny packs, small handbags.
  • Not allowed: Suitcases, trolley bags, large hiking backpacks, or any oversized bag that takes up significant space.

What should I bring in my small backpack?

  • Water bottle and light snacks
  • Sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat)
  • A light rain jacket or layer in case of changing weather
  • Your phone, camera, and any personal documents you may need
  • Any medication or personal items required during the tour

What can I do with my large luggage?

If you are travelling with large luggage, we recommend storing it at your accommodation, at a local luggage storage facility, or at the nearest train or bus station before joining the tour. Please plan ahead so you can arrive at the meeting point with only the items you need for the day.

If you have any questions about what you can bring on the tour, feel free to contact us before your booking and we will be happy to help.
