How can I pay for the tour?
Learn about the available payment methods for your tour: bank transfer, credit card, or cash to the driver — including deadlines, restrictions, and availability per tour type.
We offer several convenient payment methods to suit your needs. Please read the details for each option below:
Bank Transfer (in advance)
Please make the payment no later than 7 days before your excursion, so that the amount arrives in time to our bank account. You will receive our bank details after completing your booking. We recommend transferring the funds as early as possible to avoid any delays that could affect your reservation.
Credit Card (in advance)
You can pay securely by credit card at the time of booking or in advance of your tour. This is a fast and convenient option that confirms your reservation immediately.
Cash to the Driver*
In some cases, you may pay in cash directly to the driver on the day of the excursion. Please note the important restrictions below.
* Important notice regarding cash payments: Cash payment is only available for the 4×4 ETNA excursion. Cash payment is not available in the following cases:
- Reservations with pick-up at our "Giarre" meeting point
- Bookings for more than 4 passengers
If either of the above applies to your booking, please use bank transfer or credit card as your payment method.
